Fernain AI follows a bring-your-own AI (BYO AI) approach: organizations connect their existing provider, and Fernain adds shared agents—AI personas created for a particular role—and memory that can carry useful context across the product family within privacy and permission rules.
Prompts tell an agent how to behave. Separate mechanical rules decide what information it may use or repeat. That keeps the safety boundary out of the realm of good intentions.
